Highlight Kamui at the character select screen and do the following:

	Code	Effect
	Press Down, Left, Up, Left, Down, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Right, Right, Right, Up.	Time Attack Mode: With Kamui once again highlighted press C and D at the same time, then choose your character.
