Hidden test menu

	Description
	At any point during the game, hold the 1P Fire button and press the Test button to access a secret configuration menu that features a stage select. Besides allowing you to choose your starting stage, it also lets you configure things like your starting firepower level as well as which fighters each player has, if any. (There are five fighters to choose from; from first to last, there's the regular 1P ship, the regular 2P ship, the hidden 1P ship, the hidden 2P ship, and the Tetris block. Player 1 can even use either of the 2P ships.)
