The Sims 2 Cheats

In the neighborhood screen type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. When you enter the sim creation mode, hit shift + N and a pop-up will tell you the extras have been enabled. Shift + M will disable the extras.

As a side note, if, when in your sims' house, you hit ctrl + click on one of their aspirations (be it a desire or fear) their aspiration will be realized, and you will gain the points (positive or negative). This does not actually fulfill the prerequisite for the aspiration: for example, if the aspiration is "have a baby", ctrl + click won't actually allow your sim to have the baby.

Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + C during game play to display the console. Enter any of the codes below at the console to trigger their respective cheats.
