The King of Fighters '99 Cheats

At the character selection screen, highlight the random character box, hold down the Start button and press left, up, right, down, left.

Hold START while selecting your characters's order. You'll see their picture instead of the usual question mark.

This trick exists in every KOF. Simply press a button after beating your opponent. Each button will give a specific winning pose.
