To unlock all apparel including shoes simply go to the Main Menu and then enter the code

At the main menu, enter:

pause the match during gameplay and enter the code while holding L1 + Triangle

At the main menu enter the following

Press and hold the L1 button and the triangle button at the same
time and enter at the main menu
