Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams Cheats

After beating the both games once, start a new game from the same save and in the bathroom there should be a blue gem by one of the stalls on the floor.

If you have the original Silent Hill 2 game save present in your Memory Card and when loading up Silent Hill 2 (Greatest Hits) version, any of the secrets you obtained (like Extra Options and weapons) will be available from the start.
