True Crime: Streets of LA Cheats

When creating a new license plate press and hold L1 + R1 the press left or right on the left analog and you should see various symbols you can input on the plate these include a Hand, Heart, Star, Plus sign, Minus sign, and Handicap sign.

First you need to play as the blindfolded donkey (JASS, see "how to change Nick" in unlockables.)
Then you must complete all three endings. Now the bonus FMV will change, and you will see a pimp and one of Wu's ladies.

After an in-game movie where Nick is driving, don't touch the controller, and don't skip the movie. When the game starts back up, the Computer will drive to where your supposed to go on it's own. Nick obeys all traffic signals, and sometimes is hit by people who don't. Be Careful, for those of you who like to keep your good cop rating up, Nick sometimes hits pedestrians and sometimes just drives aimlessly and never takes you to your destination.

While creating a license plate hold down L1 + R1 then use the left analog stick to browse through the colors.
