Unlock Many Hidden Players

Go to the Game Setup Menu, and press Circle, to bring up the Quick Menu. Go to the Star Icon and press X. Now you'll be at the Unlock Legends Screen. To activate a Legend, highlight his name and press X. He will now be in the Free Agent Pool, where you can sign him to any team with and empty slot.
